Northern Bukidnon State College Holds Transformational Leadership Academy
Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) recently hosted a two-day Transformational Leadership Academy for directors from the Academic and Administrative Councils and research project leaders. Held at Don Arc White Beach Resort in Initao, Misamis Oriental, on December 16-17, 2024, the program focused on improving key processes within the institution by creating publishable quality articles.
The Transformational Leadership Academy provided a platform for directors to engage in deep discussions, share best practices, and collaboratively explore strategies to enhance various aspects of NBSC’s operations. The program included presentations on leadership principles, effective communication strategies, and innovative approaches to problem-solving.
Dr. Jovelyn G. Delosa, PhD, delivered insightful presentations on leadership styles, emphasizing the importance of transformational leadership in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
The Academy aimed to strengthen the leadership capacity of NBSC directors, enabling them to effectively lead their respective departments and contribute to the institution’s overall success. The Academy sought to create a more cohesive and efficient administrative structure by fostering collaboration and communication among leaders.
